Healing Herbalife & Chloe’s Beauty Room!

For the last week I have been trialling the Herbalife Skin range, after kindly being asked to test them out by Chloe of Chloe’s Beauty Room.

Chloe has recently set up her own beauty room in Jersey, and provides mobile beauty treatments around the island, perfect for all of us that have a super hectic schedule and find it difficult to take time out to get to a salon! She also offers her own Beauty Room if you would prefer to visit her. 1549474_412151872300296_6955785566288624798_n She offers services in beauty, hair and make-up to be enjoyed in the comfort of your own home and also takes group bookings and can provide beauty parties too, perfect for a girly night in or hen party pampering.

Chloe has been a qualified Beauty Therapist for 7 years and also has qualifications in hair and make-up, so she is perfectly placed to provide you with the whole package! Chloe also lectures in Swedish Massage at the local Highlands College and has a real passion for her profession. I can personally attest to this, having visited her myself a few year’s back for the most amazing massage at a local Spa, no other therapist has come close to providing the same level of service since, let me tell you!

Anyway, on to the trial! I have been sampling the Herbalife Daily Skin Care Regime and have to say, I was amazed to see results after just ONE DAY!! The Herbalife range uses Vitamin B3, antioxidant vitamins C and E and Aloe Vera. They also contain no Parabens and are Sulphate-free .. which is a good thing for naturally enhancing your skin.

Some of products contain lactose acid, a natural derivative from milk, and glucose acid, a natural derivative from sugar Cane. These gently remove the top layer of skin cells to promote new healthy skin, which is why your skin instantly takes on a natural glow and feels revitalised.

I’ve been looking for a new skin care range, as you may have seen from my previous product review, and Chloe was kind enough to offer me this trial after seeing my search! She dropped off an array of great products, all in this cute little Herbalife bag! DSCN0309

I know this looks like a lot of products, but there’s something for everyone in here. I sampled all of the products, just to be absolutely sure about them, obviously!

Soothing Aloe Cleanser or Polishing Citrus Cleanser (Step 1)

The cleansers are a great refreshing treat, especially in the morning to wake you up. I used the Aloe cleanser mainly, as this is for normal to dry skin, but I did sample the Citrus one for normal to oily skin too (in the name of research!) and it was great too, the scent from them both is just so uplifting and works wonders to revitalise your skin.

Energising Herbal Toner (Step 2)

Wow this product is amazing for waking you up! As Chloe told me, its an absolute necessity for closing your pores after cleansing, before going any further with your daily routine. It somehow manages to invigorate you in the morning, yet soothe you in the evening. I don’t know how it works both ways, it just does!

Line Minimising Serum (Step 3)

This product is the one I could really feel working instantly. After applying, my skin seemed to regain some of its glow and instantly felt more plumped out, not in a puffy way, but more like it was just being restored to the healthy complexion it should be. Really a miracle product!

Firming Eye Gel (am) Hydrating Eye Cream (pm) (Step 4)

I don’t usually use eye creams, as every single one I have tried has irritated my eyes so much that it just isn’t worth it; however, I am thrilled to say I have finally found one that doesn’t! I know a lot of the ingredients in the Herbalife products are natural, which probably helps too. The firming eye gel was my favourite of the two daily products, as you can really feel it give you a lift in the morning, great for those puffy eyes!

Daily Glow Moisturiser (am) Replenishing Night Cream (pm) (Step 5)

The final step of your daily routine is a luxurious moisturiser. The daily moisturiser gives you a wonderful radiant glow for the day, which I’m sure we could all use now and again! As for the night cream, this is a really hydrating product, so much so that I put mine on a good few hours ago, and can still feel its rejuvenating qualities now as I type this!

The products are all numbered for you too, so even after that long night on the town, there is no excuse for not performing your routine properly before bed!

The last two products I tried, were equally as great as the daily skin care range.

Instant Reveal Berry Scrub (1-3 times per week)

This stuff smells divine! I don’t want to be without it ever and could quite happily just sit and smell the scrub all day long (weird I know, but its soooo good!). If you decided to try just one product from the range, make this it! Its not too harsh on your skin, but gives you a nice glow after using.

Purifying Mint Clay Mask (1-3 times weekly)

I wasn’t quite expecting this to be as effective as it was if I’m honest, I’m always a bit sceptical of face masks. This was great though, another product with a great aroma and super effective. After just ten minutes, you can wash this off to reveal a whole new shiny layer of you underneath! It really does pull your skin quite taught and is packed full of goodness, definitely one to try. It also makes for great photo opportunities … don’t you think?! :/

I would definitely recommend giving the Herbalife range a try for yourself, and Chloe’s Beauty Room too, if you’re in Jersey! You can actually purchase the  Herbalife products (at a much better rate!) from Chloe also, so its a win win situation for those who need a very convenient beauty/hair/make-up appointment to come to them, whilst shopping for their products at the same time!

You can contact Chloe on 07797 824174, or email chloeburn@hotmail.com to book an appointment (I highly recommend a massage or eyebrow shape, she’s fab at both, speaking from personal experience!).

Thanks Chloe and Herbalife for letting me try out the products, its been a thoroughly refreshing week!
